德国职业教育“关键能力”培养的借鉴与创新

Reference and Innovation of Key Competency Cultivation in Germany Vocational Education

分析了德国职业教育对关键能力的内涵，重点就德国职业教育对关键能力培养的实施渠道、考核方式、保障机制、特点及借鉴价值进行了分析，针对中国高职教育现状，以成都职业技术学院现代服务业人才职业综合能力培养的实践为例，创新提出了“三元合作、四维贯通”的现代服务业人才职业综合能力培养体系。

This paper analyzed the connotation of key competency in German vocational education. Then it gave detailed introduction of the approaches, assessment, supportive mechanism as well as the features and referential values of German key competency cultivation. On the basis of the current situation of China＇ s higher vocational education, Chengdu Vocational and Technical College has conducted a series of reforms and practice in its cultivation of comprehensive professional competency for modern service. This paper took the practice of Chengdu Vocational and Technical College as example, and proposed the creative idea of ＂Tri - part cooperation, Four dimension integration＂ for the comprehensive competency cultivation of modern service professionals.
