心叶淫羊藿黄酮类化学成分研究

Studies on Flavones of Epimedium brevicorum Maxim.

目的：为系统开发淫羊藿属植物，控制淫羊藿的质量。方法：采用聚酰胺及大孔吸附树脂ＡＢ８柱层析方法提取分离，根据光谱数据分析及理化性质鉴定。结果：从该植物中分离出４种黄酮类化合物，为巫山淫羊藿甙，宝藿甙Ⅵ，山奈酚３，７ＯαＬ鼠李糖甙及ｈｅｘａｎｄｒａｓｉｄｅ。结论：均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。

Objective:To systematically develop Epimedium spp. and control their quality.Method:Using polyamide and macroporous adsorbent resins AB 8.The compounds were identified on the basis of spectrometric data and physical and chemical test. Result:Four flavones were isolated from the herb.They were identified as wushanicariin,baohuoside Ⅵ,kaempferol 3,7 O α L dirhamnoside and hexandraside E.Conclusion:These flavones were isolated from the herb and identified for the first time.
