摘要
目的:为系统开发淫羊藿属植物,控制淫羊藿的质量。方法:采用聚酰胺及大孔吸附树脂AB8柱层析方法提取分离,根据光谱数据分析及理化性质鉴定。结果:从该植物中分离出4种黄酮类化合物,为巫山淫羊藿甙,宝藿甙Ⅵ,山奈酚3,7OαL鼠李糖甙及hexandraside。结论:均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。
Objective:To systematically develop Epimedium spp. and control their quality.Method:Using polyamide and macroporous adsorbent resins AB 8.The compounds were identified on the basis of spectrometric data and physical and chemical test. Result:Four flavones were isolated from the herb.They were identified as wushanicariin,baohuoside Ⅵ,kaempferol 3,7 O α L dirhamnoside and hexandraside E.Conclusion:These flavones were isolated from the herb and identified for the first time.
