摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济体制的逐步确立,计划经济体制下的培养方式,一元化的投资体制,受到了严重的冲击。通过分析目前我国在取得举世瞩目的成绩的下,国家队的资金投入机制的现状,为在举国体制下网球职业化改革的进程提供依据。
With the development of opening and reform and market-oriented economy system, the old talent training system in planned economy and monopolized investment are crashed. Based on analysis of China National Tennis Team＇ s financial investment with splendid results, the paper tries to provide reference for its professionalized reform under national-wide system.
