国际奥委会是最早将妇女的体育问题纳入政策视野的国际组织。政策执行是妇女体育问题确定、政策形成、合法化、评估等一系列过程的关键环节,也是政策从文本到实践再到文本的枢纽。现阶段,国际奥委会妇女体育政策的执行有效性方面尚有一定提升空间。深入分析了国际奥委会妇女体育政策的执行有效性,并提出有针对性、可行的改进对策。

It was the debut that women＇s sport issue was brought into the view of IOC in the public policy. Implementation is the essential part of the procession of women＇s sport, including issue identification, policy establishment, legitimization, evaluation, and the conjunction of policy text to practice. The effectiveness of IOC women＇ s sport policy still needs to be upgraded. The research analyzes the implementation of the IOC women＇s sport policy in order to find out some specific and feasible improving countermeasures.
