摘要
在国内首次提出瑜伽教育是从整体上完善人"身、心、灵"的养生教育,并探索了瑜伽教育的静思与超越、自然与自性、整体性的思想体系和瑜伽教育的基本原理,以及实践体系。这对于抵制一些爱身体比爱灵魂更重要的瑜伽思想,建立身、心、灵和谐统一的瑜伽教育体系具有重要意义。
The article initiated the idea in China that Yoga education is the health education which wholly perfects a person's "body, mind, and spirit", and explores its meditation and transcendence, nature and self-nature of the ideology, and its theory, principles and practical system, which has great significance in resisting some presumption of yoga that the love of the body is more important than the love of the soul. And it can contribute to a harmonious and integrated yoga education system in a body, mind, and spirit.
