摘要
传统训练理论把原本具有整体性的体能按着运动的类属,简约还原为力量、速度、耐力、柔韧、灵敏几个子能力以及形态与机能等,为人们观察运动过程不同能力的轨迹和贡献率展现为前所未有的简单性。然而,在高水平运动员的体能训练中较为普遍存在着体能的发展与参赛能力结构严重脱节,造成体能相对能力过剩与参赛能力不足并存;体能各子能力及其要素之间内部结构与专项特质匹配的不合理现象日益突出,这些深层次体能失衡问题已经不能在传统体能训练理论框架内得到确切地回答,这也预示着对传统体能训练理念提出了超越性要求。为此,拟对体能训练理论与实践的思维范式进行理性的思考,以期厘清我们对体能训练理论认识上的偏差。
Traditional training theory takes the overall physical stamina into sub-factors such as strength, speed, assistance, flexibility, as well as morphology and function through sport category, and shows an extremely simplicity to people when they inspect the track and contribution rate of different sports' capability. However, to top athletes, during the process of physical stamina training a serious divorce appears generally in the physical stamina development and the structure of competition capabilities, causing the comparatively surplus of physical stamina as well as lack in competitive capability; The conflict between the internal structure of sub-factors of physical stamina and special events' characteristic is getting more obvious. The problem of imbalance in physical stamina has failed to get answers under the traditional theoretical framework, which requires some new theories. Therefore, the paper prepares to take a rational ponder on the paradigm of physical stamina training theory and practice, looking forward to clarifying the improper cognition on physical stamina training.
