摘要
以表象训练原理为理论依据,针对高校体育专业学生,在正式比赛中难以正常发挥技、战术水平的现象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和实验法等研究方法,在实验数据和比赛技术统计对比的基础上,证明表象训练在提高比赛能力中,对队员焦虑水平的调节,增强团队凝聚力,具有不可替代的作用,是比赛中发挥良好技、战术水平,取得胜利的关键因素之一。
This paper studies university sport students' unusual performance in formal soccer matches based on imagery training theory. By methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and experiment, it collects experimental data and comparative technical statistics and proves that imagery training plays an essential role in enhancing players' adjustment to anxiety and their team work and is key to perform good tactics and techniques in matches for victory.
