高龄人工股骨头置换术伴多种合并症70例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care of 70 aged patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement associated with a variety of complications

目的:探讨高龄人工股骨头置换术伴多种合并症患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对70例伴多种合并症的高龄人工股骨头置换术患者,在术前积极检查并治疗合并症,并做好围术期护理。结果:患者的合并症病情平稳,可耐受手术,其中并发下肢静脉血栓2例,泌尿系统感染2例,切口感染3例,肺部感染3例,心功能不全2例,死亡1例。结论:对高龄人工股骨头置换术患者行手术治疗,其合并症可增加手术风险,术前积极治疗合并症,加强围术期护理,可提高手术成功率。

Objective ： To explore the nursing methods in perioperative period of the treatment of the aged patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement associated with a variety of complications. Methods： The positive preoperative examination, treatment and perioperative nursing care were given to 70 aged patients with a variety of complications before artificial femoral head replacement. Results ： The patients＇conditions were stable so that they could tolerate the surgery. Complicated deep vein thrombosis occurred in 2 patients, urinary tract infection in 2 patients, wound infection in 3 patients, pulmonary infection in 3 patients, cardiac insufficiency in 2 patients and one patient died. Conclusion ： The complications of the aged patients increase the risk of surgery. The active treatment of complications and strengthened perioperative nursing care can improve the success rate of surgery.
