摘要
目的:探讨冠状动脉介入术后应用桡动脉止血绷带的护理方法。方法:选择接受经皮桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入治疗后应用TR-Band桡动脉止血绷带的患者117例,观察止血操作时间及观察患者不适情况及不良反应。结果:应用TR-Band桡动脉止血绷带操作时间为(1.2±0.6)min,患者术后不适症状及不良反应发生率较低。结论:冠状动脉介入术后应用TR-Band桡动脉止血绷带止血方便、可靠,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective ： To explore the nursing methods in the application of TR - Band radial artery hemostatic bandages after pereutaneous coronary intervention therapy. Methods： 117 patients who used TR -Band radial artery hemostatie bandages after receiving pereutaneous coronary intervention therapy were selected, observing the operation time to stop bleeding, patients＇ discomfort and adverse reactions. Results： The operation time of the radial artery hemostatie bandages was （ 1.2 ± 0.6） minutes. The incidence of postoperative discomfort and adverse reactions was lower. Conclusion： The TR - Band radial artery bleeding bandages used for hemostasis after percutaneous coronary intervention therapy is convenient and reliable, and it has clinical application value.
