掺Fe^(3+) A-TiO_2粉末的水热法制备及其可见光催化降解甲基橙

摘要 在TiO2的三种晶型中锐钛矿型的TiO2具有最好的光催化活性。在一定条件下用水热法制备了掺不同含量(摩尔比)Fe3+的TiO2粉末,XRD分析结果表明它是锐钛矿型TiO2(A-TiO2)。研究了以该TiO2为光催化剂对甲基橙溶液进行降解。研究结果表明,在10mg/L的甲基橙溶液中加入掺Fe3+5%的A-TiO20.0800g,将溶液pH调为2.63后,经40W白炽灯光照射,室温下恒温磁力快速搅拌反应4h,降解率达到35.60%。 The anatase TiO2 has the best catalytic activity in their three crystallographic forms. In tiffs paper the different amount of iron (mole ratio) of TiO2 prepared via hydrothermal method is the anatase type by XRD characterizing, and the degeneration of methyl orange photocatalyzed by as - prepared TiO2 was studied. The results of photocatalysis show that the best degeneration rate of methyl orange is 35.6% under follow conditions: adding 0. 0800g asprepared TiO2 into the 10mg/L mediyl orange solution which adjusted basic by HNO3 illuminated by visible hght, stirring quickly at room temperature for 4h.
