摘要
从质量管理的角度,通过介绍ISO9000质量管理体系发展概况,分析我国健身娱乐业引入ISO9000质量管理体系后的预期效益,剖析现阶段我国健身娱乐业引入ISO9000质量管理体系提高体育消费质量所存在的问题,提出了健身娱乐市场提高体育消费质量的相应对策,旨在为体育健身娱乐业提高服务质量提供参考。
From the quality control angle, through introducing development survey of the ISO9000 quality management system, ＇after analyzing the anticipating benefit of our country＇s fitness entertainment industry to introduce the ISO9000 quality management system, analyzing present question of our country＇s fitness entertainment industry to introduce the ISO9000 quality management system to enhance the sports consumption quafity, proposing tile corresponding countermea- sure of the fitness entertainment market to improve the sports consumption quality, aiming at providing the reference for the sports fitness entertainment industry to enhance grade of service.
