摘要
在钢厂,超声波探伤与生产工艺结合得好,可以为生产工艺改进、定型做出特别的贡献,可以大大减少实验周期,从而降低生产成本。因此,结合生产实践,改进超声波探伤与锻造工艺结合方式,有效地提高了锻件的合格率。
A good combination of ultrasonic inspection and production process at steel factory is able to make a special contribution for the production process improvement and finalization, which can reduce the experimental cycle significantly, reduce production cost. So changing the combination way of ultrasonic inspection and forging process on the basis of production practice increased the qualification rate of the forgings efficiently.
