摘要
研究了洁改性精炼渣在冶炼4145H钢种时,对非金属夹杂的去除,脱O、脱S效果的提升,以及提高升温效率等方面,做了详细的分析介绍,在冶炼对非金属夹杂等有严格要求的钢种时,具有一定的指导作用。
Removal of non-metallic inclusions,inhancement of desulfurization and deoxidationand,and improvment of heating efficiency in melting 4145H steel with a purification modification refining slag were analyzed in details in this paper,in order to provide some guidances for further melting of steels requiring strictly to non-metallic inclusions.
