摘要
本实验以四水硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵为原料,并使用非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇(PEG)作为模板在低温常压下制备了纳米羟基磷灰石粉体。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米羟基磷灰石粉体进行了分析表征。结果表明,聚乙二醇具有诱导晶体成核生长和控制晶粒尺寸的作用。纳米羟基磷灰石粉体在80℃干燥后的粒度在40 nm左右。
In this investigation,nano-hydroxyapatite particles have been synthesized by calcium nitrate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate by using polyethylene glycol as a template under cryogenic and ordinary pressure.The structure and morphologies of resultant samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that polyethylene glycol can induce the nucleation and growth of crystal,which will control the size of powders.The size of nano-hydroxyapatite particles obtained at 80 ℃ is approximately 40nm.
