摘要
高校就业指导教师队伍尚存在着许多问题,如指导教师"隐性缺位"、专业化程度不高等。加强就业指导教师建设应以专职为主、专兼结合为原则,要推进指导教师队伍的专业化、要引导指导教师队伍专家化,同时可以将思想政治理论课教师、一线学生工作者、全员教师、校外兼职力量纳入兼职教师队伍。
The essay attempts to consider the existing problems with deficient faculty in employment guidance in universities.It proposes that specialization of professional employment guide faculty be combined with the assistant teachers in the area of ideology and politics,student affairs,major instructors,and off-campus advisors.
