摘要
针对有横隔板的波状挡边带在运行过程中支撑刚度不足和容易跑偏的缺点,设计了复式托辊和多个小压轮装置;并且以布置形式为"L"型,提升高度为1200mm,输送量为3000块/h,横隔板高度为75mm,间距为100mm挡边带的的糖果提升机为试验对象,效果良好.为了提高支撑的稳定性,运用齿轮齿条啮合原理,设计了带有橡皮套的五星轮支撑装置,轮体直径为160mm,长度为350mm.此设计可用于不同带体的其它类波状挡边带式输送机,降低机器设计难度,具有广泛的应用前景.
For the deficiency of the corrugated wall with diaphragm, the design of a five-star round of support devices and compound support device has been described. The machine for taking candy arranges a form for L and whose transport volume is 3000 pieces/h, as the study object, the article designed the special support devices with wall belt's diaphragm whose height is 75 mm, space is 100 mm, and rubber sleeve of the five-star round of support devices suits Φ160 mm, and the length of the five-star round is 350 mm. This design can be used for the other walled belts to reduce the difficulty of the machine design, and has a wide range of applications.
