摘要 高校图书馆实现可持续发展的关键在于图书馆人力资源的开发利用。为此,必须正视高校图书馆管理现状,解决高校图书馆人力资源管理与教育中的观念、制度、队伍、知识结构等现实问题;建立和完善人才配置、竞争、激励、人才优化、知识更新、能本、人本、目标管理等机制、方法。本文在分析高校图书馆人力资源管理创新与可持续发展关系的基础上,提出了人力资源管理创新的思路、方法、措施。 For the university library, how to survive and sustain, the development's key lies in the development use the library human resources. Therefore, we must face up to the management present situation of university library, and to solve the realistic question like the idea, the system, the troop, the knowledge structure and so on, which exist in the university library human resources management and the education; to establish and consummate some mechanisms and method, such as the talented person to dispose, the competition, the drive, the talented person to optimize, the knowledge to renew management by objectives and so on. Based on the analysis university library human resources management innovation and the sustainable development relations, the paper propose some new idea, method and measure about human resources management.
