300MW机组二次风风量测量装置的技术改造

摘要 天津陈塘热电厂某300 MW机组原有二次风量测量装置因堵灰严重,无法满足测量控制要求,对该装置进行了换型改造,更换为FLII-16型自清灰风量测量装置,更换后解决了堵灰问题,实现了准确测量的目的,实现了送风和锅炉自动可靠投入的目的,极大减少了维护工作量。 The original secondary air flow measuring device of a 300MW unit of Tianjin Chentang Thermal Power Plant was unable to meet the measurement and control requirement because of serious ash clogging,and it had been replaced by FLII-16 type air flow measurement device with soot self-cleaning and anti-blockage function.Then accurate measurement of secondary air flow was realized,and draft air and boiler automation were well put into operation,and the maintenance became easy.
