在国家现行政策下,中小套型住宅成为住宅房地产市场的主流产品。文章以人体工程学为依据、以满足基本行为单元需求且兼顾一定舒适性为原则,研究了中小套型住宅的厨房、卫生间的空间,并提出了适宜的尺度、面积。

Under the existing national policy,small and medium-sized dwelling units have become the mainstream of the real estate market.Based on ergonomics and the principle of meeting the basic needs of behavior units and securing certain degree of comfort,the paper explores the space of the kitchen and the bathroom in small and medium-sized dwelling units.The fitting scale and area of the room is suggested.
