浅谈高职院校学生核心技能的培养

高等职业教育以培养高技能人才为目标，核心技能的培养是高等职业教育培养高技能人才和高素质劳动者的重要内容，体现了高等职业教育的本质特征。阐述和分析了高职教育核心技能涵义、现状，结合高职教育实践，提出了高职院校强化学生核心技能培养的措施，努力形成以就业为导向的核心技能培养模式。

The meaning and present situation of core skills are discussed and analyzed. In combination with vocational educational practice, measures for strengthening students＇ core skills are proposed so that a training mode of market- oriented labor system can be set up.
