廉江“茗皇”茶的生物学特性及其生物碱成分分析 被引量:1

摘要 对廉江市茗皇茶业有限公司出产的"茗皇"茶的生物碱进行提取,并采用高效液相色谱法对生物碱成分进行分析.将"茗皇"茶的茶碱、咖啡碱的含量与国内部分茶叶品种的相应生物碱含量进行了比较.还对"茗皇"茶茶树金萱(台茶12号)的叶和花进行了形态及微形态特征方面的观察.结果显示:金萱物种属于山茶属短蕊茶组,其生物碱的含量水平较高. The alkaloid of "MingHuang" tea from Lianjiang MingHuang Tea Lit.Co.is extracted and its components are analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) method.The theophylline and the caffeine of "Minghuang" tea are compared with those from other Chinese tea.The morphological and micro-morphological characteristics of the leaf and flower of "Jinxuan" plant(Taiwan tea No.12) of "Minghuang" tea had also been observed.The results show that "Jinxuan" species should be classified into the genus Camellia and the section Brachyandra,and its content of alkaloid is relatively high.
