资本—技能互补假说:基于汽车行业的经验分析

Capital-skills Complementary Hypothesis Based on the Empirical Analysis of the Automotive Industry

本文利用超越对数成本函数,采用微电子设备占总设备原值比重作为技术进步的直接度量,使用Zellner似不相关方法对中国汽车行业时间数据进行经验分析,研究结果发现中国汽车行业中资本与高技能劳动者之间并不存在互不关系,资本—技能互补假说不能成立,这个结果说明在目前中国,造成工资差别扩大另有原因。

This paper makes an empirical analysis of Chinese auto industry data through the use of translog cost function,the direct measurement of microelectronics equipments covering the proportion of the total original value in advanced technology reform and the employment of Zellner method.The research indicates no relationship exists between Chinese capital in the industry and the highskilled workers,capita-skills complementary hypothesis cannot be established.The result shows it is some other reasons that cause the expansion of wages
