摘要
针对目前高校学生就业难的的情况,本文从就业态度、企业和社会需求以及职业修养等方面,分析了当前大学生应建立的就业观,从而使当代大学生做到合理的自我定位,保持正确的就业心态,在激烈的择业竞争中,实现自身价值。
Nowadays,college students face severe challenge in employment.This paper discusses establishing correct employment idea from the angles of employment attitude,demands of enterprises and society,and professional accomplishments.Only in this way can college students locate their posts of employment and achieve their own values.
