摘要
为提高洛氏硬度计测量的准确性和精度,更好地满足高精度硬度测量的要求,洛氏硬度计的加载方式正逐步向电动加载转变。本文探讨了一种新的试验力加载方式和压痕深度测量方法,该方法可以将试验过程中因各种变形带来的测量误差尽可能地消除,为高精度的硬度测量提供了技术保障。
In order to improve the accuracy and precision of Rockwell hardness tester,and meet the requirements of high-precision hardness measurement,the loading way of Rockwell hardness tester is changing gradually to the dynamoelectric loading way.This article discusses a new force loading way and indentation depth measurement methods,which can eliminate the errors caused by various deformations in testing process,and provide technical support for high-precision hardness measurements.
