摘要
张河湾抽水蓄能电站水轮发电机组转子在安装过程中,出现磁轭层间间隙超标的问题,后经业主、安装单位及厂家等共同协商采用添加补偿片的方法对此制造缺陷进行处理,并对部分安装工艺进行了改进,取得良好效果,确保了机组顺利投产。
During the installation of hydro-generator rotor in Zhanghewan pumped-storage hydropower station,it appears over-standard problem of yoke gap between layers.The manufacturing defects have been dealt with by the method of adding compensation films,and improving part installation craft,therefore ensuring the unit successfully put into operation.
