1 CASE REPORT OF TUBERCULUM SELLAE MENINGOMA OF PILOT

本文报告民航客机空中分娩一例，采取吸氧、保暖、安慰，并紧急备降最近机场等措施，通过对客机空中分娩问题进行分析，提出加强乘务员岗前培训，掌握机上紧急医疗事件处置预案的重要性。

In this article,we studied a pilot who had binocular vision loss, binocular vision, and the top of the defect in the temporal side of the main symptoms was diagosis as tuberculum sellae meningioma by MRI, and was operated,we analied the problem of tuberculum sellae meningioma＇s effctor on pilots, and promote that every examination should be checked strictly when they are in the annual physical examination.
