鼓膜造瘘治疗航空性中耳炎两例并文献复习

TYMPANIC MEMBRANE OSTOMY ON AEROTITIS MEDIA-2 CASES REPORT WITH REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

目的观察鼓膜造瘘对航空性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法分析两例航空性中耳炎的临床诊治和随访经过，并复习国内外相关文献。结果于鼓膜造瘘后飞行或低压舱模拟飞行，在上升和下降过程中患者均无不适，经2年以上的随访，患者飞行或常年旅行出差没有再出现术前耳压痛难忍的痛苦症状，中耳无感染，听力没有明显的影响，飞行或乘机飞行时未出现过眩晕。结论鼓膜造瘘是治疗航空性中耳炎的一种有效的方法，应加大宣教力度，使更多的军事飞行人员自愿接受此手术，重返蓝天，维护和提高航空兵部队的战斗力。

Objective To sum up effect of tympanic membrane ostomy on aerotitis media. Methods Analyzing the clinical diagnoses, treatments and follow-up of two aircrew who suffered from aerotitis media, as well as reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad.
