一组航天员预选阳性结果分析

POSITIVE RESULTS ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL HEALTH TEST FOR ASTRONAUT PREELECTION

目的在青年歼击机飞行员中选拔航天员。方法按照体检的统一要求对受检者进行体检，由副主任医师以上的高年资医师进行综合分析，用同一标准作出诊断，再经统计学处理。结果59名受检者中，仅2人达到航天员预选标准。检出可以构成诊断的疾病199例次，平均每人患3．37种疾病，异常发生率达96．61％。所检出疾病主要集中眼科、普外科、骨科、泌尿外科、耳鼻喉科。

Objective To preelect astronaut in the yanger battleplan pilots for manned space flight. Methods Data of 59 pilots in fighter plane were analyzed and evaluated in past history, systemic examination and medical evaluation Results Only 2 pilots had qualified for advanced astronaut selection; Abnormal rate of the group members is 96.61%.Total cases are 199.each person has average 3.37kinds disease. The major morbidity rate sequence in front part are trachoma, lens opacity, lumbar disc protrusion, adenoma of thyroid and varicocele. Conclusion A great attention should be paid to prevent the diseases occurrence among the yanger battleplan pilots.
