喷气式飞机飞行员颈椎病护理效果分析

THE CLINICAL NURSING EFFECT OF CERVICAL VERTEBRAE DISEASE IN PILOTS OF JET AIRCRAFT

目的分析高加速度（G）载荷下飞行员颈椎病的冯氏手法治疗、护理效果。方法93例飞行员按所飞机型分为两组：研究组为49例喷气式飞机飞行员，对照组为44例涡轮螺旋桨式飞机飞行员。对两组飞行员进行冯氏手法治疗和系统护理。结果喷气式飞机飞行员颈椎病的治愈率（40．8％）低于涡轮螺旋桨式飞机飞行员（63．6％），（χ2=3．92，P〈0．05）。

Objective To analyze the curative and nursing effect on the pilots with cervical spondylosis due to high acceleration （G）. Methods 93 pilots were divided into two groups according to the aircraft type flown by the individual： study group containing 49 pilots in jet aircraft and control group including 44 pilots in turboprop aircraft. All of them were managed by means of Feng＇ s manipulation and systematical nursing. Results The cure rate （40.8%） in cervical spondylosis of the pilots in jet aircraft was lower than that （63.6%） of the pilots in turboprop aircraft （χ2= 3.92, P〈0.05）.
