医院感染报告准确性的调查分析

The analysis of the accuracy of hospital infection report

摘要 目的调查医院感染病例报告的情况,分析影响准确性的原因就预防措施。方法根据《医院感染诊断标准》,对2007至2008年的住院病人和出院病临床资料采取回顾性的查阅方法进行整理分析。结果调查8560份出院病历,发生医院感染320例次,科室自报365例次,符合诊断的264例次,准确性82.5%(264/320);漏报36例次;多报45病例次;报告不全20例次。结论医院感染报告准确性较低,与重视不够、认识模糊、概念不清、管理不严措施不力、疾病演变复杂、基础理论和专业知识不扎实等有关,通过做好医院感染知识的在职教育、严格执行医院感染病例报告制度、加强监测、争取领导的重视与支持、将医院感染学列入医学院校必修课范畴可提高医院感染报告的准确性。 Objective Investigate cases of hospital infection reports, analysis of the impact of the accuracy of the reason for preventive measures. Method Under the《diagnostic criteria for nosocomial infection》 ,from 2007 to 2008 in-patients and the clinical data of patients discharged from hospital were taken a retrospective analysis of available methods of collation. Result 320 cases of nosocomial infections were reported in the 8560 survey discharged form hos- pital medical records ,365 cases were self-reported. 264 cases were consistent with diagnosis, the accuracy was 82. 5%. 36 eases were missing. 45 cases were over-reported and 20 cases were not completely reported. Conclusion Lower the accuracy of hospital infection reporting, and not enough attention to understand the vague and ambiguous concept, strict management measures ineffective, the evolution of complex diseases, basic theory and professional knowledge is not solid,etc ,through good working knowledge of hospital infection education, strict enforcement of hospital infection reporting system,strengthen the monitoring,for the leadership of great importance to and support of hospital infections will be in- eluded in study courses in medical colleges to correct the scope of hospital infection effectively improve the accuracy of the report.
