摘要
目的探讨血尿酸(uA)、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL—C)、c-反应蛋白(CRP)及胆红素(TBIL、BIL、DBIL)与冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法选择396例CHD患者作为观察组,同时选取396例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组uA、TC、TG、LDL.C、HDL—C、CRP、TBIL、BIL及DBIL水平。结果观察组UA、TC、TG、LDL-C及CRP水平明显高于对照组,(P〈0.05),且与冠心病病变程度呈正相关;HDL-C、TBIL、及BIL水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),且与冠心病病变程度呈负相关。结论c:反应蛋白、尿酸、血脂及胆红素等实验室指标与冠心病的发生、发展密切相关,应该重视冠心病相关危险因素,早期干预,做到早期预防及治疗。
Objective To explore the relation between the level of blood uric acid( UA), serum lipid(TC,TG, LDL-C,HDL-C) ,C-reactive protein(CRP) ,bilirubin(TBIL,BIL,DBIL) and CHD. Methods A total of 396 patients with a diagnosis of CHD from January 2006 to June 2009 in our hospital were included in the study group, and 396 healthy people were selected as the control group. The difference in level of UA, TC ; TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP, TBIL, BIL and DBIL were compared in two groups. Results The level of UA,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,CRP,TBIL and BIL were significantly different between the study group and the control group. The level of UA, TC, TG, LDL-C and CRP positively related with the severity of CHD. The level of HDL-C, TBIL and BIL negatively related with the severity of CHD. Coneluslons The level of blood UA, serum lipid, CRP and bilirubin is likely to play a certain role in the genesis and progress of CHD. We must pay attention to the relative risk factors and early intervention, so can prevent and treat CHD in the early tenn.
