经皮枢椎椎弓根螺钉治疗Hangman．骨折的手术配合
摘要
Hangman骨折是指枢椎峡部承受暴力作用下发生的骨折，常伴有周围韧带和椎间盘损伤，继而出现枢椎不稳定或脱位。近年来随着交通伤和高处坠落伤等减速性损伤的日益增多导致此类患者不断增加，受到越来越多学者的关注。由于开放手术创伤大、对上颈椎生理功能破坏大，以往对Hangman骨折除Ⅲ型外较多地采用保守治疗。
