脉搏波传导速度和动脉硬化性疾病的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(AS)是动脉硬化血管病中最常见且最重要的一种,动脉粥样硬化早期仅表现为动脉弹性、顺应性减退,僵硬度增加,并先于疾病临床症状出现,早期发现和干预亚临床期血管病变的进展是延缓和控制心血管事件的根本措施,脉搏波传导速度(PwV)是评估动脉血管功能变化的简捷、有效、经济的非侵入性指标,在临床上预测心血管疾病危险发生率发挥着越来越重要的作用。
