摘要
目的观察高功率超声治疗裸鼠移植癌的疗效。方法荷瘤鼠30只随机分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=10)。高功率聚焦超声以3.5 MHz、300 W/cm^2、30秒对移植癌进行照射治疗。结果治疗组抑瘤率95%,其中5只(5/20)肿瘤治愈;对照组无一只存活。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高强度聚焦超声对局部肿瘤治疗是一种有效的、非侵入性的新方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in treatment of primary hepatic cancer (H22) implanted subcutaneously in the nude mice. Methods Thirty nude mice bearing tumor were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=10). HIFU exposure with a focused 3.5 MHz transducer with a peak intensity of 300 W/cm^2 was performed on both groups. Results The tumor growth inhibition of the treatment group was 95%, complete necrosis of the tumor tissue in five mice. No animals in the control group survived. There was significant difference between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion HIFU is a potent new method for local treatment of tumor.
