海洛因依赖及相关基因的研究进展

近年来,由于海洛因的滥用造成的社会问题日益严重,对其成瘾机制的研究也愈发重要,相关研究也随之增多。目前认为海洛因依赖是神经生物学、脑部奖赏、精神动力学及社会文化等因素综合作用的结果。尽管从基因水平上研究海洛因成瘾机制受到不同种族和不同地域的限制,但目前公认为多巴胺基因、儿茶酚胺氧位甲基转移酶基因、5-羟色胺2A受体基因等与海洛因依赖有着密切的联系。

In recent years,as the social problems which caused by abuseing heroin became serious,the studies on the mechanism of dependence were more important and the relevant studies then increased.At present it was considered that the mechanism of herion dependence were the comprehensive effect of the factors such as neurobiology,brain reward,spiritual dynamics,social cultural and so on.Although it was limited by different race and different region to research heroin addiction from genetic level,it was recognized that the dopamine gene,catecholamine oxygen bits phenol-o-methyl shift enzyme gene,serotonin 2A receptor gene were closely related with the heroin dependence.
