摘要
心肌缺血/再灌注损伤是临床上经常面对的问题,由于心脏氧耗大且需不停地工作,一旦再灌注损伤超过机体承受能力,必然出现致命的后果。肢体缺血预处理是近年心肌保护研究的重点,但其具体机制尚未阐明。该文从肢体缺血预处理发展过程开始,介绍近年来肢体缺血预处理在动物试验方面的最新证据以及临床研究的最新结果,并对可能的相关机制进行说明。
Ischemia/reperfusion injury is a common problem in clinic.As the cardiac oxygen consumption is large and heart is needed to work non-stop,when ischemia/reperfusion injury is overburdened,there will be fatal consequences.Limb ischemic preconditioning is the focus of the study of myocardial protection in recent years,however,the specific mechanisms remain unclear.This article first reviewed the development of limb ischemic preconditioning,and then introduced the animal experiments and the latest results of clinical studies of limb ischemic preconditioning in recent years,finally,described the possible mechanisms of limb ischemic preconditioning.
