摘要
神经精神性狼疮诊断和治疗尚无统一的标准,容易被漏诊、误诊。近来关于脑脊液和血清中抗神经元抗体、抗核糖体P蛋白抗体等抗体检测,可溶性fractalkine检测,CT、磁共振成像、单光子发射计算机断层显像、正电子发射成像、磁化传递成像、磁共振波谱分析、磁共振弥散张量成像检查以及治疗特别是利用生物制剂治疗,例如利妥昔单抗、依帕珠单抗、贝利单抗的研究与应用有了一些新的内容,因此对诊断和治疗的进展作了综述。
There are no uniform criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychatric lupus erythymatosus（NPSLE）.NPSLE might be easily missed and misdiagnosed.New researches on the antibodies such as anti-neuronal antibodies etc,imaging diagnosis such as CT,MRI etc,treatment especially the application of biological agents have been done in resent years,which are helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of NPSLE,therefore they are reviewed in this paper.
