醛固酮及其受体拮抗剂在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 临床和实验均已证实醛固酮对心血管系统有多种毒性作用,在心脏中它已与肾素-血管紧张素共同促成心肌纤维化、血管重塑、心室肥大和动脉硬化等改变,进一步诱发心律失常,加重心肌缺血;在冠心病领域中可作为预测不良事件发生的一个独立指标;在一定程度上反映了心房颤动患者神经激素的激活,并与代谢综合征危险因素密切相关,对心力衰竭进程及预后具有重要的预测价值。而醛固酮受体拮抗剂可以预防或延缓这些不利作用的发生,在心血管系统中将发挥重要作用。 It has been confirmed that the aldosterone performs a variety of toxic effects on cardiovascular system through clinical and experimental researches.Aldosterone with the renin-angiotensin promote myocardial fibrosis,vascular remodeling,ventricular hypertrophy and changes in atherosclerosis,further induce arrhythmias and increase myocardial ischemia.It may be as an independent predictor of adverse events in the field of coronary heart disease.To some extent,it reflect neurohormonal activation in patients with atrial fibrillation and is closely related to risk factors of metabolic syndrome.And has important predictive value in the process and prognosis of heart failure.The aldosterone receptor antagonist will play an important role in preventing or delaying the occurrence of these adverse effects in the cardiovascular system.
