经尿道前列腺切除术后出血原因分析及治疗

Postoperative Bleeding Caused by Transurethral Prostatic Resection and Treatment

目的提高良性前列腺增生症的手术治愈率及术后恢复效果。方法分析经尿道前列腺切除术术后出血的病因。结果11例经积极处理后全部止血,其中9例经持续膀胱冲洗、更换导尿管、抗炎止血等处理后缓解,2例电镜下止血,无开放手术止血者,所有患者痊愈出院,远期随访无异常。结论只要做到术前充分准备,术中仔细操作,术后防护得当完全可以避免术后出血。

Objective To improve the surgical cure rate and the postoperative recovery rate of benign prostatic hypertrophy BPH.Methods To analyse the hemorrhagic causes of patiets after transurethral prostatic Resection 11 cases all stopped bleeding after active treatment,9 cases relieved after the continuous bladder irrigation,replacement of catheters,anti-inflammatory treatment,2 cases stopped bleeding in electron microscopy,there were no bleeding by open surgery,all patients recovered and discharged,the long term follow-up had no abnormalities.Conclusion As long as adequate preoperative preparation,intraoperative careful operation,postoperative proper protection,the postoperative bleeding can be avoided entirely.
