前列腺增生组织中一氧化氮合酶mRNA含量变化及意义

Change of NOS mRNA expression in the prostatic tissue of patient with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的为探讨一氧化氮合酶ｍＲＮＡ（ＮＯＳｍＲＮＡ）与前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）发病的关系。方法应用反转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）方法测定１３例正常前列腺及２１例ＢＰＨ组织中ＮＯＳｍＲＮＡ含量。结果ＢＰＨ组织中ＮＯＳｍＲＮＡ含量（２８．３３±１０．２５）明显低于正常前列腺组织（５７．３２±１１．４５）（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＢＰＨ组织中ＮＯＳｍＲＮＡ含量与其年龄及其症状评分均呈负相关。

Objective The relationship between the change of the level of NOS mRNA expression in the prostatic tissue and the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) were evaluated.Method Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) were performed to investigate the expression of NOS mRNA in 13 cases of normal prostatic tissues and 21 cases of BPH tissues.Result The level NOS mRNA expression in the BPH tissues were markedly decreased as compared with those in the normal prostatic tissues(P<0 01). Significant correlations were observed between the level of NOS mRNA expression in the BPH tissues and the age of these patients with their international prostate symptom scores(P<0 01).Conclusion These results suggest that the lower expression level of NOS mRNA in prostatic tissue might play an age dependent role in the development of BPH.
