基于情景转换的知识转移理论模型研究

Research on Knowledge Transfer Theoretical Model Based on Transformation of Context

知识转移活动是在特定的情景下发生的,知识转移情景既是知识管理的基础、也是实现知识共享的协同要素。本文认为知识的形成具有情景基因,知识内容和知识情景是知识转移活动的两大目标要素。并探讨了知识转移情景的内涵以及情景转换与知识转移的关系,在此基础上归纳出知识转移理论要素,提出了基于情景转换的知识转移理论模型。

Knowledge transfer activities are happened in certain context.Knowledge transfer context is a basic of knowledge management and also a synergistic factor of realizing knowledge-sharing.In this paper we urge that context is contained in knowledge,thus knowledge context and knowledge content are the two target elements of knowledge transfer activity.The connotation of knowledge transfer context and relationship between transformation of context and knowledge transfer is discussed in the paper.Theoretical elements of knowledge transfer summarized on this basis and finally lead to the knowledge transfer theoretical model based on transformation of context.
