金融危机背景下中国铁矿资源的思考

在金融危机背景下,铁矿价格经历持续下滑及震荡反弹,目前仍在600～650元/t附近震荡调整。在这样的背景下,我国铁矿石工业指标仍能下调为22%,这对增强国内资源保障能力及增加铁矿价格谈判筹码等方面具有积极的意义。另一方面,当前我国正在开采的铁矿资源品位平均约为30%,与巴西、澳大利亚等富矿国家相比,低品位矿问题确实比较突出,其开发的积极性受市场矿价影响较大。从总体上看,我国铁矿资源是喜忧参半,建议在法律法规、激励机制等政策方面做适当调整,与此同时,应注重引导社会舆论,树立正确的资源消费观,努力将铁矿资源开发推向健康轨道。
