Influences of perioperative fluid therapy on the coagulation function

摘要 液体治疗是围手术期处置的重要组成部分,液体治疗对机体凝血机制的影响日益受到关注。重点介绍围手术期液体治疗的目的、输液量、液体的理化性质对凝血机制的影响。 Perioperative fluid therapy is an important component of perioperative disposal. The influence of fluid therapy on organic coagulation function is paid more and more attention. The article will have a summary of the purpose of fluid therapy and the influences of types of fluid, infusion quantity and the physical and chemical quality on the coagulation function.
