摘要
根据焦作煤业(集团)煤矸石隧道窑的结构,模拟计算出隧道窑内辐射热能分布情况,确定在窑体冷却段上方安装1台余热回收利用蒸气装置,经分析,该装置具有较好的安全性,在煤矸石砖隧道窑生产线中的应用可获得较好的经济、社会和环境效益。
Based on the structure of the tunnel kiln for brick production from coal refuse in Jiaozuo Mine Group,radiation heat distribution within the kiln simulated,a steam-raising facility for waste heat utilization installed at top of its cooling section;by analysis,this facility operated with relative safety,its application at a tunnel kiln for brick production from coal refuse gives good economic,social and environmental benefit.
