摘要
对两种不同牌号的高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)进行了多次注射成型,分别对各次注塑样品进行力学性能测试及13C-NMR分析。HIPS经过多次注射成型后,弯曲强度、伸长率、断裂强度、冲击强度等均有所下降。通过对HIPS中13C-NMR的吸收峰进行了归属,找出了HIPS经过多次注射成型后化学结构的变化规律,对HIPS的力学性能与化学结构之间的关联性进行了讨论。最后,提出了评价塑料加工稳定性的重复加工因子的概念。
Two types of high impact polystyrene(HIPS) resins were injection molded several times to determine the changes in mechanical properties and chemical structure. After multiple injections, all the bending strength, elongation at break, fracture strength, and impact strength of the material decreased. The molecular structure of HIPS was detected with ^13C-NMR. The relationship between mechanical properties and molecular structure was discussed. A new conception of multiple-mold-factor was proposed to evaluate the plastics processing stability.
