The Logic Links and Inner Requirements of Constructing Codes of Journalism Ethics

职业道德规范的制定有一定的环节和具体的程序,需要掌握每个环节的内在要求。大的环节主要包括:前提环节:准确把握优良道德规范成立的根据,诸如新闻道德规范成立的客观根据、职业主体的职业价值诉求以及新闻活动的环境条件;核心环节:按照一定原则建构道德规范,重点是处理好新闻规律与规范的关系问题、既有习惯规则与规范的关系问题和主体需要的合理性问题;延展环节:主要是根据新的条件和认识修正、调整、更新规范。

Codes of professional ethics are not arbitrarily set. There are certain links and specific procedures in ethics construction. It is necessary to master the inherent requirements of each link. The main links include： the prerequisite link as to grasp the basis of good ethical codes accurately, such as objective basis, requirements of journalistic professional values and social environment of journalistic activities; the core link as to establish the codes of ethics according to certain principles, at same time to settle the relationship between news laws and codes, some journalistic habit rules and codes, legitimateness of the subject needs; and the extended link： mainly according to new social conditions and new cognition to modify, adjust and update the relevant contents of the codes.
