头孢噻肟钠与β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方研究进展

头孢噻肟钠是第三代头孢菌素类抗生素,与β-内酰胺酶抑制剂结合可以抵抗耐药菌发挥药效。文中对国内外各研究机构在头孢噻肟钠/舒巴坦钠、头孢噻肟钠/他唑巴坦钠两个复方抗生素的药学分析、体内外药效学研究、药动学研究、耐受性研究、临床研究以及不良反应报告等方面的研究做一综述。

Cefotaxime, a third-generation eephalosporin, exerts excellent antimicrobial effect to drug-resistant pathogens when combined with a β-1actamase inhibitor. In this article, recent reports on its analysis methods, antimicrobial effects, pharmacokinetic and adverse reactions were summarized.
