摘要
基于labVIEW开发平台与研华PCI—1711L数据采集卡开发了曲轴动平衡机硬件故障分析测试系统,该系统可完成振动信号和转速信号的实时采集、显示和保存,并可进行数据的处理和分析。通过对RZW—100B万向节式通用卧式动平衡机实践研究表明该分析测试系统结构简单、扩展灵活、实用性强、可靠性高且具有较高的性价比,为校验曲轴动平衡机提供了新的思路。
Based on labVIEW development platform and Yanhua PCI-1711L data acquisition card, the diagnosis and testing system of hardware malfunction for crankshaft dynamic balancing machine was established. The real-time acquisition, displaying and saving of the vibration and rotating speed signals were completed, and also the data was processed and analyzed. Study on the RZW-100B horizontal dynamic balancing machine with universal joint indicates that this testing system has simple structures, flexible extensions, high practicability and high relia- bility, and its ratio of performance and price is also higher, providing new methodology for crankshaft dynamic balancing machine.
