摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS对无心抛光机机架的振动和响应特性进行较为全面的分析,以准确反映抛光机在多台电机驱动导轮与砂轮时所产生的一定频率的力对结构的影响,从而为避免整机因共振等原因造成的损害在理论上提供参考,也为改进设计提供依据。
Thoughly analyzing to the structure of eenterless polisher frame by finite element method, the affects of the forces with certainly frequency is accurately reflectd to the centerless polisher frame, when the grinding wheel and regulating wheel revolvs by the electromechanic driving system. It provides the foundation in the theory, in order to avoid damage of system resonance and the other causes.
