摘要
将招投标采购过程中的招投标机制设计与合同设计两个关键环节联系起来,利用不对称信息静态博弈理论和委托代理理论,建立了基于招投标机制的最优成本补偿合同模型。
The bidding and contract in is combined the purchasing, give the the best compensating cost contract based bidding, according to the game theory and the principal-agent theory.
